Description of Sermon: This morning's sermon is based on Proverbs 4:10-23. This text provides a godly way to be discerning when it comes to the many voices in the world Β that would try to gain our attention and direct our lives. The key point in the sermon is that wisdom comes through the ear to the heart and not from the heart to the ear. Wisdom is external. It is a gift from God. It is our Lord Jesus Christ.Β

May God bless your listening and contemplation!

Rev. Wiist

You are encouraged to also read the following: Β Galatians 5:16-24 and Luke 17:11-19

Our prayer: Β O Lord, keep Your Church with your perpetual mercy; and because our frailty we cannot but fall, keep us ever by Your help from all things hurtful and lead us to all things profitable to our salvation; through Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
